The 15 th August meeting was very informative. The Theme ” Pass it On” was presented as a workshop for those present to be shown how to prepare and cook a dish and then show another person how to prepare and cook it using the skills passed on from the previous participant. The skills learnt were
1. Preparation of the food
2. Knife skills including “The Safety Procedures” for handling the razor sharp knives.
3. Preparing a suitable sauce
4. Cooking the Stir-fry
5. Eating it for which no special skills are required!!
